In-stock pieces ship within 2–4 business days from our facility in the USA. Domestic orders typically arrive 3–7 business days after that via tracked ground shipping.

For international orders, allow 7–14 business days from ship date. Tracking is provided for every order — you will receive an email with a link the moment the label is created.

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where available; for the few destinations where they cannot be pre-paid, they are due on delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping rates and available carriers vary by destination and are shown at checkout before payment.

Every order ships with a tracking number. The tracking link is emailed to you when the label is created and is also visible from your account page. If you have not received tracking within five business days of placing your order, email us and we will resolve it.

In-stock, unworn pieces with original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of perfume, smoke, or pet hair.

Pieces from limited drops (anything numbered out of 1,000) are final sale. Once 1,000 are gone, the collection is closed and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on those pieces.

If you need a different size of an in-stock piece, request an exchange within 14 days of delivery and we will swap size-for-size at no additional shipping cost, subject to availability. Limited-drop pieces cannot be exchanged once collected.

To start a return or exchange, email us with your order number and the reason; we will send return instructions and the correct shipping label.

Yes. Every piece out of 1,000 is hand-numbered and produced in a single facility run. Once it ships, it cannot be restocked, so all numbered-drop sales are final. We stand behind the quality — if a numbered piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will replace it from the same run.

Our cut is an oversized luxury fit — roomy in the chest and shoulders, with a longer sleeve and a relaxed body. Most customers take their usual size for the intended silhouette and size down one for a closer fit.

Because every drop is cut from a single short run, there are no reorders if your first size is not quite right (in-stock pieces are exchangeable within the 14-day window). When in doubt, take your usual size.

Our 550 GSM loopback French terry is built to age into a heavier, softer piece over years. To keep it that way: wash cold (30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle, inside-out, with similar colors.

Hang dry flat or on a rack — skip the tumble dryer. Do not bleach. If ironing is needed, use a low-heat setting with a cloth between the iron and the embroidery. Avoid fabric softener; it coats the cotton fibers and reduces the loopback absorbency over time.

Yes. Each mark is plated on industrial embroidery machines and reinforced with a backing stabilizer. Following the care instructions above — wash cold, inside-out, hang dry — keeps the thread tension intact for the life of the garment.

Avoid pulling or trimming loose threads on the embroidery itself; if anything ever fails, reach out and we will repair it.

Every drop is hand-numbered 1 of 1,000 through 1,000 of 1,000. Pieces are cut, sewn, embroidered, and finished in a single facility in the USA during one production run. There are no re-stitching batches, no overrun pieces, no overflow warehouse.

Once 1,000 are sold, the collection closes. The next drop begins a new numbering. The pieces you receive are the only pieces that will ever exist in that exact run.

No. Restocks are not part of how this label operates. When a collection sells out, it is finished — the same embroidery, the same dye lot, and the same fabric run will not be repeated.
